Who needs a visa to enter the United States?
Obtaining a Visa to enter USA is the responsibility of the participants. We can assist you by issuing an invitation letter, however, we are not involved in the visa issuing process, this is solely the responsibility of the competent USA embassy or consulate.
Invitation letters will be issued for registered participants who fully paid the Itfbis 2021 registration fees. You/your spouse must be a registered participant/s to be considered for an invitation letter.
To avoid any delays, we encourage all those who need a visa to enter USA, to register as early as possible and apply for the visa.

If you are booking into one of the nearby hotels plan to book for FREE shuttle with our event team. When you purchase your conference registration just send us an email to include your FREE Shuttle to your registration. Then once you have your hotel and travel booked just email your hotel, Aircraft Carrier, Flight Number and Arrival time into the USA and our team will welcome you at the airport.
